Re: Spaceport

*Two Acclamator III Transports rapidly descend through the atmosphere, bottom of their hulls starting to heat up. Majestic Squadron, consisting of a dozen aces in TIE/D Defenders scream through the atmosphere, protecting them.*

      {On the TIE/D Defender "Majestic Lead"}
*Captain Maya Isis, callsign “Phalanx”, was expertly nudging the controls of her Defender to keep in formation with the large Acclamators. They were armed with a combination of proton torpedoes, intruder missiles, and fighter-sized baradium torpedoes. This way they could tangle with fighters, knock down shields, and put huge dents in ships or ground targets. With any luck, that wouldn't be needed. Inside her TIE Pilot's helmet she toggled the comm with her tongue.*

      {Encrypted Basilisk Systems channel}
=Captain “Phalanx” Isis=
:: All callsigns, Phalanx. We're coming up on the spaceport now. ETA for the Accs is one mike. Majestic, arm your weapons and prepare to engage anyone who takes shot at us. Other than that, weapons hold, I repeat, weapons hold. Phalanx out. ::

*Two wing pairs of two Defenders each broke off from formation, accelerating until they reached their maximum atmospheric speed of 1680 kilometers per hour. They made a buzz of the spaceport at over 1.3 times the speed of sound, enough to attract any attention. Their shields were shifted to the rear, and their fingers were poised over the countermeasure button. If there was anyone in the spaceport with a anti-aircraft weapon, hopefully they'd be startled into shooting at the four Defenders, while the other eight were reaching missile range. If there was no ambush, then all that happened was the boom rattling a few windows.
The progress of the two large Acclamators slowly stops, and repulsors work overtime to gently lower it to the ground. The landing pads extend, and they come to a rest with a giant shudder. As soon as a few ramps open, forty commando troops make their way out of the ship, weapons at the ready. A team of ten engineers walks over the to goods to inspect them, escorted by twelve commandos, and covered by a few snipers concealed by active camouflage.*

*Josh was just entering the Spacceport to over see the transaction of the materials. When he heard the fighter scream overhead and pass him. Josh got the materials just before the Acc's landed and saw the commandos storm out of the ship he hated how everyone was parinod now a days thinking everything was going to go wrong*

IC: Wlecome to Aargau, I hope you find anything to your satisfaction, i had your materials moved here to the Spaceport for your convience

Re: Spaceport

*Under his Angel armor, Colonel Barret Helms gave a small smile that could not be seen. It may have been unusual for the head of the Basilisk Security Bureau to go on a mission like this, but he felt the need to stretch his legs. The active camouflage on his armor was off, displaying a predominately black surface, with blue markings and smaller white inside the blue. The insignia of LAN was on his chest, and Colonel's markings were visible on his shoulders—not physical rank markings, which could be taken on and off, but just the image, to allow for the camo to work. He kept his AMF Mk. III/s silenced compact automatic slugthrower carbine in a rest position. The lead engineer, one of the many Basilisk HRDs in service, caught Helms' eye and nodded.*

=Colonel Helms=
They're good. We'll start loading them now. Do you want your credits wired someplace, or would you prefer hard cash?

*While Helms was talking he motioned with his right hand to some troops behind him, who trotted off into the Acclamators. They came back with repulsor pads and cables attached to winches, and began the process of sliding the large repulsors under the goods and attaching the cables to them, so that they could be hauled back onto the ship.*

Re: Spaceport

IC: I'm glad to hear that . Hard Cash is fine it will go to the same place either way. Tell your superiors that if they ever need more building supplies to just call ahead and the shipments will be waiting your arrival when you Arrive. Have a nice day and travel safely.

*Josh Gives a small nod towards the man and tells on of his men to wait their for the Cash. He then begins walking towards the temple in the back ground he was a busy man and things had seemed to pick up of latly*

=Colonel Helms=
Cash it is.

*Helms moved his eyes up under the opaque visor, and selected the encrypted channel.*

      {General Basilisk Systems channel}
=Colonel Helms=
:: Hercules, bring the creds. ::

*Two armored troopers, each carrying one end of a large container, emerge from the first Acclamator and make their way over the Helms. When they reach the Colonel and set it down, Helms flips the lid open to reveal stacked credit chips of the highest value each.*

=Colonel Helms=
There you go. Four million, six-hundred and twenty-two thousand, and five hundred credits.

Re: Spaceport

*Helms nodded in acknowledgment and turned on the spot, leaving the money in its new owner's hands. Spotting a giant nearby crate of Platinum on a comparatively small repulsor sled, Helms hopped on and grabbed on to one of the cables securing it, hitching a ride. When he arrived back at the first Acclamator he hopped off and checked in with combined load-master.*

=Colonel Helms=
Specialist?

=Specialist Vanis=
Sir, we're just finishing loading. Everything that could be hazardous—like the uranium—is properly packaged to ensure safety.

=Colonel Helms=
Good job. I think you can expect a nice little bonus heading your way.

*Vanis saluted, and Helms headed inside the Acclamator. By the time he made it to the bridge, the cargo was inside both ships and secure. Helms took off his helmet, and used the ship's comm system to speak to the troops.*

      {General Basilisk Systems channel}
=Colonel Helms=
:: All forces, return to the Acclamators. We're closing doors in one-three-zero seconds. ::

*True to his word, the Colonel ordered the giant ramps closed on the transports one and a half minutes after the transmission; everyone and everything was onboard by that time. They were almost five million credits lighter, but had the makings for a hell of a lot of penetrating ammunition for the guns on some of their gunships, not to mention enough magnesium to last their flare supply a long time. The gold and platinum was just for decorative purposes, although Helms honestly had no idea what the higher-ups wanted with ten combined tons of it.
The repulsors on the Acclamators fired up, and they slowly lifted off the ground, rising faster and faster. The landing supports retract, and make to exit the atmosphere, still escorted by the twelve TIE/Ds.*

Re: Spaceport

*The V-19 makes its way down into a landing dock, in a unprofessional manner hinting that the pilot had been self trained, but, despite a few odd maneuvers it does make it down safely. The hatch opens, and a boy leaps out, he looks roughly sixteen, and has scruffy brown hair. He is wearing a brown jacket, and heavy dark pants. He walks away from the ship, looking around at the bright surroundings of the spaceport. this place was bigger than what he had imagined it to be, he wondered what the official procedure was after one landed, he decided that the safest idea was to go back to the ship and pretend to do some repairs until contacted.*

Re: Spaceport

*Having left the space port just a few moments earlier Josh notices the V-19 come in for a landing. he then feels a distrubance in the force as the ship passes over him heading towards the landing pads. He imediatly turns around and heads towards the Spaceport wanting to see what was going on. Within a few moments Josh is at the landing pad, Josh notice the battered V-19 and her pilot do some small repairs.*

*Ted turns around and smiles broadly at the man.* "Hi, I'm Ted Arriyo... and I didn't come here so much with a purpose, but rather to find one." *Ted couldn't help but feel that his statement was corny, or cliché... or both. However it seemed to best way to describe it, he had left his home, and traveled here, it was almost as if something was guiding him here. He couldn't help but feel he was being ridiculous, leaving his home on such weak basis. However his feeling was not one that could be suppressed...*

Re: Spaceport

*Josh chuckles at the statement but gets the Point*
IC: Well welcome to Aargau. Im sorry for being blunt at this but do you know that you are sensitive to the the force. It is why I came here to greet you being able to use the force is a great rarity in the universe and you young lad have it. If your interested i would like you to come to the temple with me so i can have you tested to see how strong you are with it, and if you like we can find a place for you here on Aargau

*Josh waits for Ted's replie he studies the young lad watching him mull things over and takes a quick glance at his craft and smirks, Josh thinks back to the days when he had a simular craft and in the same condition, though long gone Josh had been proud of it having kept the ship running himself .*

Re: Spaceport

*This was an awful lot to take in, but Ted got the gist of it, or at least he thought he did, it was only really the whole force part he didn't understand, he had heard the term before, whenever a Jedi was on HNN they mentioned it, as to it's applications or sensitiveness, Ted was clueless, however to be offered something like this after feeling the need to come here was obviously no coincidence, he must accept the invitation* "Yeah, that sound's good, Is it alright to leave the ship there?" *he asked motioning to the ship.*

Re: Spaceport

*Josh nodds his head in approvement and motions for Ted to follow him towards the Temple training grounds. He stays quiet for a few moments collecting his thoughts and then decides to speak.*

Ted here on Onderon we take our ways very seriously, Trianing and passing our wisdom on to the next generation is what we strive for. we believe that even if a person was once bad then they can come back to the ways of our teachings and change them selves. We have private chambers for the council trainiees stay in the common barracks, The council Meeting chambers are private and used for their meetings, mainly we are looking for kights and plant watchmen. Once we get to the temple and figure your area of training you like. it will help us decide you best to put you with for your training.

*he continues to walk out of the space portand down the street towards the newly constructed temple seen off in the distance the lone Council Tower can be seen from all around New Escrow*

Re: Spaceport

*Ted follows the Jedi as they make their way out of the spaceport. He listened attentively, Josh was easier to understand when he wasn't talking about this whole 'force' thing, although Ted had a sneaky suspicion that the force topic would have to be approached if any training were to take place at all. Ted remained quiet thinking over what the Jedi said.*
